These are some of the things I have been learning in the Ultimate Crash Course of Copywriting with a master himself, David Garfinkel.  I can tell you, it’s been one of the better choices I’ve made to spend my time. 

In taking this course, I have seen that some assumptions I’ve made about my business, my customers and myself were really, were wrong…dead wrong. 

At first, I got a bit nervous thinking about turning this around, but then I realize that perfection is not the key here but building relationships is.  And what better way to build a relationship than to reach out and make connections and corrections.

It may seem to be a no brainer and a really basic starting place, but when our master copywriting teacher, David Garfinkel, keeps referring to Dale Carnegie’s book, “How to Win Friends And Influence People”, you take notice. 

So, I’ve been thinking I should dust off my copy of “How To Win Friends And Influence People”. 

Now, you know when you focus on something, it seems to appear everywhere.  The same thing happened with me today.  I found this video on, guess who…Dale Carnegie.  If you’re ready to do some dusting yourself, take a listen.

 

Yep!  That book has been around for years!  Why?  Because it works.  What Dale Carnegie had to say still applies.  Wouldn’t you like to have that kind of influence where a product serves so many for so long. 

Note the part where Dale Carnegie continuously revised his book.  Polishing and honing, step by step, tweaking with a mindset that over delivers.  Baby boomers, now, that’s a marketing tip.
